A small business in 2026 stitches together five SaaS tools — chat, bookings, loyalty, marketing, commerce — and pays for it every day in context switching, copying customer data, reconciling reports. We think it should run on one place: one operating system that knows the customer, the order, the booking, the loyalty record, all at once.

We are not building for next quarter. The software a business runs on is the software it lives on for years — registers, calendars, customer records, payment flows. We build accordingly: roadmaps measured in years, decisions weighted toward what endures, not what ships fastest this sprint.

The benefits of AI should reach every scale of business — from the corner café to the multi-location chain. We design from the smallest customer up, and engineer the work to scale upward; the same operating system serves a single till and a fifty-location enterprise. No customer is too small to deserve good software, and none too large for ours to fit.

Hong Kong is where we are based and where our first customers run. The constraints of a HK business — bilingual customers, multi-location ops, WhatsApp-first communication, tight margins — turn out to be the constraints of small businesses everywhere. Local origin, international reach. The two are not in tension.
